Greyson “Mr. Handsome” Charles Mincey, 4, of Owensboro, gained his angel wings on February 26, 2024. He was born on March 10, 2019, in Cincinnati, Ohio, to Jacqueline Lewis and Charles Mincey.

Greyson had a smile that one could never forget. He loved his sissies, the Zac Brown Band, and all things country music. He also loved singing along to one of his favorite songs “Girl on Fire” by Alicia Keys. Greyson enjoyed sports, especially football, where he cheered on his favorite team the Chicago Bears. He also enjoyed “beating up” on Granny, watching Paw Patrol and Monsters University, and laughing at people when they cough.

Along with his parents, those left to cherish Greyson’s memory are his siblings, Alexis Guadarrama, Isabeth Jimenez, Alexander Loredo, Gabriella Calles, Sergio Jimenez, Kyler Mincey, and Ayden Mincey.

Services will be at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 2, 2024, at Haley McGinnis Funeral Home & Crematory, with a private burial at a later date. Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, March 1, 2024, at Haley McGinnis Funeral Home & Crematory and again on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service at the funeral home.

    • I pray God will give you all some peace and comfort. He was given to you for a reason. God gets tired of calling the old. Once in awhile he’ll pick a beautiful flower to make Heaven more precious.
      Your son is walking, running doing all the things he couldn’t do here.

  31. There are no words that can ease the pain, I truly wish so had the magic words, touch, or the ability to take the pain you both are feeling right now! Wish I could do so much more for you guys right now because I in a way know how you’re feeling. All the emotions hit all at once and can be overwhelming all at the same time. Remember your family & friends their strength will help you through, just know from experience this pass week myself. I mean this IF I can do anything please let me know

  34. I’m so sorry you all have to be going through this. I kept up with his story from the beginning and he was such a fighter. He faced so many battles in his short life. I pray for each and everyone of you. We will try to make it to the funeral home bit no promises
