Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. I am so sorry for your loss. Mary Kay was a wonderful woman. She was very thoughtful and sincere and helpful. I loved her like a sister.

  2. Mike just want to express my condolences to you. Losing a spouse is so hard. Only someone that has can fully understand. I recently retired so please feel free to reach out to me, to talk or simply have lunch. My cell # is 270-316-3166. God Bless you and Kelly

  3. I am so very, very sorry for the loss of my dear cousin. She and I had a very good week in the 1960s when I stayed with the 6 rocking Altons while my family visited other relatives. That week was so much fun and I have so many memories of it! Later on, Mary Kay and I began writing letters when both of us were working on our correspondence Girl Scout badge. I kept all her letters and would be glad to mail them to her family. Mary Kay and I were born 2 days apart, even though her father was uncle to my mother, so I feel this loss very keenly. I have inherited so many photos of her and her family. They were lovingly gathered, mostly, by her grandmother Nellie Lulu Alton. Farewell, dear cousin. I am sorry that I never met her husband and daughter. Please reach out to me if you want letters and photos of your loved one. My heart goes out to both of you. My email is gwatson@starpower.net

  4. Mary Kay was such a kind caring lady. I first knew her from being the secretary for Dr Miller. When I ran for county judge she was so supportive and we really “clicked “ politically. The world needs more ladies like her. A truly inspirational person. God gained an angel upon her passing.
