The daughter of Armenian immigrants, she was raised on her family ranch near Fresno. She was proud of her heritage; and family was the most important thing to her. Jane was a long-time member of the Omico Plastics team, where she served as the Quality Control Manager and a mentor to many young team members. Once retired, she volunteered in the Owensboro community transporting cancer patients and providing tax preparation assistance through the AARP Foundation Tax-Assist program.  She would want to be remembered for her love of family, empathy, honesty and continuing desire to always do more – just as she lived her life.

Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. I had the honor and privilege to know and go on adventures with her when she visited! Those precious moments talking and sharing with her will be forever in my heart and memories! I will miss talking with her on the phone or texting! I loved like a mother and will truly miss her as I know her beautiful family will! The heavens are blessed to have gained a angel! Until we meet again RIP

  2. Oue deepest sympathy to Jane’s family & friends. We will miss her smiling face at our family get togethers. She was a pilar of strength and faith during Tom’s years of bad health and his passing. May the angels lead her to Heaven. RIP Jane! Theresa & Tony Payne

  3. Our condolences to the entire Payne and Aaron families. We only met Jane on a couple occasions but she left a lasting impression of love and compassion.

  4. I had a lot of respect for Jane!! We worked together for over 25 years. I’m sure she will missed greatly. ❤️❤️

  5. Our thoughts are with Jane’s wonderful family. She was one of a kind. As a young teenager she was a great example of perseverance to me. May she rest in peace and your memories of her be a blessing to you all.

  6. Jane , was all about her family and friends. I will never forget her and will always feel blessed to have had her my life. She left a great impression on my family and her grand-daughter Rachel Porter.

  7. I’m so sorry to hear about Jane’s passing. I loved working with her in Road to Recovery. She was a special friend.

  8. It is with deep sadness to hear the passing of Aunt Jayne. I am so sorry for the family loss. It would be futile to even try to describe. She had lovely big family in Kentucky and from the pictures it’s obvious she was the family monarch. It is with regret I never got to see her life in Kentucky.
She was always such a joy with a great spirit when we all got to see her on her visits in Fresno. I remember her as always being there without any hesitation when in need.
On her visits to Fresno, she was always zesty with energy, a joy to be with and it was always sad to see her leave.
With Aunt Jayne’s passing there will always be an emptiness knowing she is another place. Just know she is still with you in your heart.
Sincere love and condolences to all of the family.
