Billy Lee “David” Pinkston, 64 of Owensboro, passed away, Thursday, May 11, 2023 at his residence. He was born August 14, 1958 in Daviess County to the late R.T. and Corrine (Lindsay) Pinkston. He was a retired farmer and laborer. David was a hardworking man who loved working with his hands, enjoyed driving country roads, and the simple things in life. His family meant the world to him.

Aside from his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Sarah Colleen (Todd) Pinkston; brother, Wavley Pinkston; sister, Betty Ann Breeden.
Survivors include three children, Angela (Jason) Andrist, Patty Ewing, and Bobby (Beth) Ewing; four siblings, Roger (Pat) Pinkston, Darlene Pinkston, Tina (Bobby) Pugh, and George (Sharon) Pinkston; He was blessed with four grandchildren, Jordan (Amber) Andrist, Sydney Andrist, Briley Ewing, and Brody Ewing, and two great-grandchildren, Alexis Andrist and Letty Andrist; Several nieces and nephews also survive.

A memorial service will be held at Owensboro Memorial Gardens at a later date.
